Situated at less than one mile from junction 42 of M6 Birklands House is ideally placed for breaking your journey north or for visiting all the tourist attractions Cumbria has to offer you. The city centre is just 4 miles away. Your bedroom has top quality fittings and furnishings; bed linen is by Dorma and Color-roll. Irthington is a small friendly and pretty village with a shop and Post Office, a school and a pub and yet is only 15 minutes from Carlisle, the M6 or the A69. If you are travelling on the M6 we are the ideal relaxing stopover and we will be happy to give directions whether you are north or south bound.
